Executive Chef, Restauranteur John Firios and His beautiful wife Kimberley opened Zoe Cafe and Bakery in the Summer of 2008, with a vision of creating Monroes finest Greek dining experience. Trained in Greek, Italian and Classic French cuisine John and Kimberley bring over 40 years of restaurant and gourmet food experience to the Monroe Georgia area.

They have both owned and operated award winning restaurants in four States.

John has several Culinary awards to his credit which include the Silver Skillet award in the Central Florida area for over 5 years .
